That's what I said. As if a 14 year old is any less dangerous than a 40 year old? Isn't a 14 year old as capable of pointing a loaded gun at an innocent party and pulling the trigger, as an adult? Does his/her age mitigate the crime of murder or make the death of the shot victim less 'final'?

If a 14 year old has shown the 'intent' to be a terrorist, then he/she should be incarcerated as a preventative measure first and foremost and f[I]u[ck any other considerations.

I note the locations and have my own theory, but I will say no more.
