Yeah I know I could go on the Ebay forum and discuss this but this is the second time I have ordered a phone on Ebay and it's arrived broken.
Been on the forum once before, but didn't get any constructive help, so I am venting my anger on here.  Anyway, I bought this Android phone, it didn't work, so I asked to send it back for a refund. I was insistent the seller pay for the return postage, and he agreed four times in four different emails. So I spent £3.90 returning the phone and guess what, he refunded the cost of the phone but not the postage.  I complained to Ebay and they said there's nothing that could be done.
