Can the interviews with contestants take part inside the studio in future, as the moronic, vacuous t**** screaming **** from the audience make it impossible to hear a word being said.
Thanks. |

Well said..... but they won't listen. If they did Emma would still be in the house.
I wish they would listen to the viewers it would make a change. RED |

I've heard Liverpool players receive a warrmer welcome at Old Trafford.
Allowing members of the crowd to boo, scream or shout abuse at contestants has got to stop. It is stupid, pointless and utterly unfair to contestants, Divina and viewers trying to watch at home. Becki did not deserve the welcome she received tonight. She went into the house to entertain fans and didn't disappoint us. So what's the problem? This isn't WWF Wrestling where it's compulsory to boo. Even though I am not a fan of either Victor or Jason, I don't expect them to be booed when they exit the house. But you can imagine the reception they will receive when they do eventually leave. For God's sake sort it out Channel 4. In future let's have the interviews inside the studio and security guards throw out members of the crowd who misbehave. |

I think it was extremely unfair to Becki too.Fair enough she was booed, she shouldn't have had to listen to it for the whole interview!
But well done to her,she showed ddignity and grace at the booing! |

Davina has said that because of the booing they will have to do the interviews inside. She mentioned it on BBLB today. After this evenings interview when Becki said could you repeat that, I think they have no choice

Nobody should get booed, all of us are unique in our own ways, i was appalled at the crowd really.

I didn't see the show tonight cos I had visitors, but I hate it when people get booed - I just dont think its fair. All the housemates deserve a good eviction night and to enjoy their moment of glory with Davina, and its childish and petty to deprive them of this.

I think the reason that they might have decided to do some of the interviews outside this year was too involve the audience more (though it certainly backfired because of the amount of all the booing).
As someone who has been to a number evictions I can tell you that it is actually quite boring for most of it, as apart from the moment the housemates actually leave the house and a brief time after the interview when Davina brings then back outside, you are actually standing around with nothing much to do and nothing to see while the housemate is being interviewed inside the studio. They do relay this to you on a big monitor but they often have probs with this and you can't hear properly or it doesn't work at all. There have been comments made for the last few series about how it isn't really fair on the audience, so I would guess that the fact that they built a stage and decided to try some of the interviews outside this year is a response to this. Unfortunately though because of the moronic behaviour of the booing mob this isn't going to work and they are going to have to go back to interviewing the housemates inside and leaving the crowd hanging around outside, bored, with nothing to do. |

I imagine approx. 80 % of the crowd are usually well behaved, so it's sad that a minority have to spoil the eviction nights with their childish behaviour. If future interviews are to continue outside, there has to be a strict policy which states the crowd must behave at all times and not boo or scream out abuse at contestants.

To me it seemed that Davina wasn't too pleased either about the crowds. She wasn't her usual self last night. Did anyone else notice this or is it just me?

I think that Marco's interview last week was an example of when the outdoor interview works really well. It was very enjoyable to watch and the crowd's role was supportive (e.g. whoever shouted that Nadia was transsexual followed by the look on Marco's face!
![]() Where it doesn't work is when the housemate has been editted as a villian or has behaved like one! But with a bit better organisation, surely this could be sorted out. I went to BB2 and BB3 eviction nights, but haven't been recently, so I don't know how they organise it now. If they are going to continue with outdoor interviews, the crowd need more "management". They need a warm-up act to get them involved and tell them what will happen. They need to be told not to heckle during the interview, and Davina needs to do a little bit of PR on this as well, and say how hard it is to do a good interview if they crowd just keep screaming. The other thing I have noticed about this year is that the crowd seem very "deep", i.e. the ones at the back are a long way from the stage and won't be able to see very much at all unless they are on the slopey bit. So I think there is even less chance of them seeing much and therefore they're going to be bored! |

I have never been to an eviction night and I don't think i'd want to. It seems much better to watch it from home with a glass of wine and a packet of nuts
