The average age, counting Amy and Sally separately is exactly 27.

The ages in order are 19. 19. 20. 22. 22. 23. 24. 24. 24. 25. 27. 27. 29. 30. 46. 51.

The middle age or median is 24 which is also the most common age with Sarah, Jade and Aaron.

The youngest are Joel and Nick who are both 19. The oldest are Simon and Eileen at 46 and 51. Scarily enough the third oldest, Keiran would qualify for a club 18-30 holiday.

So effectively it is a house full of tweens : (

This now how you find the average, thats finding the median, its like year 6 work.
