The government act as though its "public property" and they own it. If you want a smoke free bar or other place like that then its the owners choice.

The truth is if the Goverment was serious about smoking and health fears they would have banned the manufacture and sale of cigarettes. They have not. Raising taxes from fags is more important to them than human safety....
