Amanda nominated Carole because “I think she’s been struggling in the house… She’s always leaving discussions… We’re supposed to be a team.” She then went on to say, “If we have discussions and everyone shouts over each other, she’ll (Carole) stand up and leave, but gets stressed if no one listens to her… with Carole it’s an issue rather than an argument.”

Amanda then nominated Nicky giving the following reasons, “It quite upsets her if certain things aren’t done… she indicated to the new lads that me and Sam don’t clean up… I found it quite rude.”

Gerry nominated Shabnam because, “She’s constantly posing… I’ve tried to have a decent conversation [with her but] all she talks about is being a TV presenter, star… superficial bull***t.”

Gerry then nominated Tracey because, “She communicates in strict phrases of interesting vocabulary… by giving [people] a set of answers, you have very little to give.”

Sam nominated Shabnam because, “She hasn’t been taking on her jobs… When we have meetings she doesn’t take things into consideration… She comes into the bedroom breathing heavily or singing ‘A wim-a-way, a wim-a-way…'”

Sam then nominated Carole giving the following reason, “When Carole isn’t getting her say she walks out of meetings… if she listened, then she’d know we decided that fruit was snacks and she says, 'no it’s desserts'.”

And finally Seány nominated Tracey because, “She doesn’t take part in all the fun… she’s good to speak to, but sometimes having a laugh is more important.”

Seány then went on to nominate Gerry because, “He interrupts me when I speak… sometimes, when I’m speaking to others, I never get to finish a sentence… [During the boardroom task] everyone noticed that he kept interrupting.”
