If Buttocks Mary was ever really in the Navy then he would know that Sergeants (like Petty Officers) are never called 'Sir'.
Any self-respecting Sergeant would reply to such a response with: "The title 'Sir' is reserved for officers ....... I, on the other hand, am far more important and will be addressed as 'Sergeant' at all times." |
