A casting that was not diverse, and way too many twists that ruined the format.

Giving Helen a pass to the final was the first mistake they made.

The show was just way too filled with negativity, and it became draining to watch instead of being the fun show that Big Brother is known for being.
There was too many twists. Due to the constant twists, it was no longer a surprise and I found myself rolling my eyes at the twists sometimes. I also feel like the producers meddled far too much in house dynamics and influencing how the public felt about certain housemates.
I still believe that Ashleigh would have won if Helen hadn't randomly been put in a secret house 3 days before the final.

Watching bb16 now seems so good compared to this awful series ruined by the final pass for me
