I love Big brother & I am partially deaf so I put on the subtitles to catch what everyone is saying. But the subtitles are dreadful & do not keep up with what is actually happening. I do not understand why every other TV programme can keep up but on BB they can't. When there is a commercial break we are still 5 minutes behind the action, so miss completely what was said. Whoever is writing the subtitles do not even know the names of the housemates & every night the wrong name is shown. Christian became Crystal last night! They can't even use the excuse that it's a live show because most of the time it's not & the subtitles are still rubbish. Can someone at BB do something about it, so deaf people can enjoy the show?

I have partial problem with my left ear. Its blocked opens up sometimes when it likes, but with the hayfever season in full swing my hearing is worse.
I suggest using big dj headphones with a long cable upto the TV. Sub titles are shyt like you said |
