Default Can someone smart with iPhones / tech help please

I've posted about this before, but I tried again today to fix my iMessages. And it worked, but only slightly!

I found that I could scroll down to the same person each time but it crashes each time I get close to the texter below it, I do not know who this is.

I think this may be a case of the 'Effective power glitch' which you can google, although I do not know how to figure out who sent this. I tried sending "please ignore this sorry" to everyone in my contacts which pissed off a few people, but not only that but it didn't work..

If anyone knows a direct fix to this, or simply how to clear all iMessages without having to go on the app, that would be VERY helpful. thank you.
