Marc couldn't have come across well because despite the fact that he KNEW he was making the housemates uncomfortable he KEPT shooting questions at them and then disbelieving what they said. He was baiting them his buddy Helen had gone and he only had leech Sam on his side. None of them came across well if I am honest. Nick was a sap, Aisleyne went too far, Danny should have minded his own business, Chloe only made one contribution. Sam is a stupid little ass licker telling Marc she had his back. None of them should be commended for tonights rows. However Marc DID start it and there is no way he came across better than any or the others

Marc. He asked a simple question and he knows what Judge Rinder is like. Aisleyne tripped herself up also saying my mate didn't have to pay me or whatever she said along the lines of before changing her story and bringing her mum into the situation.
He also did nothing wrong with the Nick sitaution. I'm sick of Danny trying to play the hero he's such a ****ing twat. Will be the worst winner ever if he wins (I don't know if he will or not I think it's a possibility) Sam came across well also standing up for herself and taking on Nikki's advice in the task yet apparently it was wrong of her she can't ****ing win. Aisleyne and Danny came across as twats and the others just sta on the fence or weren't featured. |

Harry seemed rather funloving tonight, so she went up. I like her more and more the little bits we see of her now shes not so grumpy of under the duvet constantly.
Chloe, even though I was shocked earlier with her comment about Helen...it does seem shes not one to follow the crowd and hate on her just because the rest do (which must piss danny off something rotten ![]() Marc for staying calm while a screeching banshee went at him, and then Danny... Most of all Sam! She shocked me so much. |

Did you fall asleep when he told somebody that they were a liar after she swore on her recently deceased mothers grave despite knowing nothing about ITV or Judge Rinder? I was awake when this happened and thought it was despicable. Possible his lowest episode to date.

I was wide awake, red bull in hand, and I clearly saw her obviously lie. She would have signed a contract before ever appearing so she knew where the money was being paid from. What you had there was a skank lying about something on her mothers grave and a calm rational marc taking her to task over it. |

Marc made an excellent point about the fact that she went on there rather than using the small claims court. Aisleyne was caught bang to rights. Marc did nothing wrong at all. Remember, it was estate rat Aisleyne that lunged at him forcing BB to intervene. |

To your second point; it was a good point, I personally think she was aiming for a career boost. To your third point, even if Marc was absolutely correct, it is not okay to make anybody that upset, the fact that he wasn't correct and had no idea whether he was or not but went through with it anyway is disgusting. If you believe that this is Marc 'not doing anything wrong at all' then I think we'd struggle to have a rational conversation and we should quit now.

I know exactly what a contract is. (roflcopter)
In fact, I studied contract law as part of my CIMA exams. If you want a contract "battle royale" then you will lose as badly as you did in our dictionary showdown. If you want to suggest that ITV wouldn't mention in the contract that the plaintiff would receive monies from ITV in the event of winning, then nobody is going to believe you. Quote:
Personally I think it was probably a scam where her and her "friend" shared the cash. Quote:

A question for people who think the detail about ITV paying out wouldn't be in the contract:
If ITV, for whatever reason, failed to pay Aisleyne, then how would she sue them for breach of contract if paying her was not in the contract? Indeed, what would be the point of the contract at all? |

Before we move on, are you retracting this comment?
She would have signed a contract detailing exactly what would happen when the case was decided. Orrrrr?

Her contract would make it absolutely clear that, were she to win the case, ITV would pay her in such a manner by such a date. It would also say that, were she to lose, then she would not be paid. It would almost certainly also say that, were the "judge" to find her liable to pay the defendant, that she wouldn't have to pay and ITV would pay on her behalf. |

A TV show which could be paying you a large sum of money on the back of a "judgement" absolutely would have to make clear where the money would come from and when it would be paid. If it didn't contain this information then what would be the point of it? How could ITV breach it and how could aisleyne sue for a breach of it? Hmm? Also, Marc clearly stated that he had done the show and seen the contracts. I believe him over drunk, raging attack dog aisleyne. |
