Yes, she's an ex-housemate. So why not?
Not to mention, she's one of the memorable ones from her series, alongside Ashleigh.

It's the bores like Winston and Ash that shouldn't be on BOTS.
I'd rather have her then some trash like Judi James or Dr Dance, which wastes time and make the show unwatchable.
