My theory on the whole thing is:

-Warren is going to get the blame for pushing Claire, because she will blame him.
- Mercedes will have to tell the police and everyone that she was with Warren in bed, Russ will find out and the marriage will be off.
- Warren will also tell the police or someone that he can't have pushed Claire because he ran Justin over
