I've watched the series twice. At the time and then last year and my opinion of Shilpa remains the same. She was a genuinely lovely kind lady bullied to death by 3 scummy women and yet maintained a level of dignity and composure many would fail to keep. To be locked in a house with people willing to racially attack you must be awful and Shilpa dealt with it perfectly and flawlessly delivering comebacks to stump Jade and her entourage in their tracks. This is why she's the greatest CBB winner and one of the most deserving winners of reality TV.

Someone who wins off of the back of other people's behaviour towards them, is not a deserving winner, take away the whole race row thing and she'd have rightfully been a background character, a sympathy vote is not a deserving win I'm afraid.

Jermaine was a obvious winner tbh so it was amazing the queen won, she got booed as well she hasn't done anything wrong to be booed by the chavs

I found Shilpa to be interesting and engaging even with the racism aside. Socially clueless basketcases doubling as Beautiful Women are some of my favorite HMs (I'm looking at you Sam Heuston and Deana Uppal <3)
