Jjust like Dermot and whoever they've scraped from the bottom of the barrel to host BBBM
Davina McCall is the presenter of Big Brother & CBB. She is naturally being paid for what she does, just like anyone else they would hire to do the job, which she actually does very well as it happens

I am sure that the opinion that she is a "barbie doll puppet" is less than rubbish

The article in the Daily Star may be true, or may be exaggerated in some way. I would say that Davina McCall will have her own opinions & choices of what to do & how to do it.

Dermot O'Leary is a great BBBM presenter and the majority agree and guess what, you'll have to put up with him & the lovely Davina McCall.

Charley is going to be evicted soon enough, but Endemol will naturally enjoy anything which may create good ratings. But to assume that Davina may be corrupt, well, that is BArolleyes:

Or a manipulation (Not much difference). I did notice a glimpse of anger on her face while anti Charley chanting was taking place. However I think it could have been because the chanting sheep were drowning out Davia presenting the program.

If what she say's cannot be properly heard by the viewer then she has every right to shut them up.

Also if they chant a name that is not up for eviction with intent to have the relavent housemate hear then that is breaking the rule that housemates are kept in the dark of what is going on the outside. Once again she has every right to manipulate the audience to be on topic and react to those that are up for eviction.

The eviction audience must not be allowed to take over the show. Millions of viewers are more important than a bunch of chanting sheep..

The only part of that, which is true is the hostile crowd being silenced during the results and eviction.

I've been watching from week 1 and not one person has chanted "Keep Charley in!"

I hate it when the sun,the mirror or sport toilet paper patronises the intelligence of the viewers.

If this was true, then there would of been loads of outraged threads by members who dislike Charley on this forum.

Amy21 would be the first to shout "Fix"

Your inability to comprehend hasn't improved, yet you seem insistant on putting words in my mouth [as it were]

1. I never said, assumed or intimated that davina was corrupt in fact I state the opposite, either you cannot comprehend what I wrote or else you flat out lie to insinuate I did - I stated that she is an Łendemol shill. Which means she does what Łndemol want and tell her to do - its called being employed

2. I don't have to put up with anything - - theres a button to turn off and a button to change the channel, I use them frequently especially when the two talking plastic barbie dolls are on

I find it funny how a couple of Charley fans are like 'oh thats not a fix its fine' but if it was Chanelle in the case, theyd be like 'THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS'

She's just trying to keep the crowd entertained. Most of the time they're just standing there during ad breaks or highlights.

They did last week, two or three times. It wasn't anything like as loud as the 'out' chants, admittedly. But it was pretty clear a few times that evening.

Oh for goodness sakes, she's allowed to state an opinion and I bet she's bored to tears with the boos every year with practically every eviction.

It bores me so how she handles it is beyond me. I say good for her and YES I have heard faint chants of "Keep Charley in" but they were distinctly out numbered by the "Out" chants!

Bible..

Bit of a none story really. Tabloid sensationalism at it's worst from the "The Daily Comic" Laugh out loud excrement.

In regard to the "Get (blank) Out" chants. The mob mentality at these crowds is pretty pathetic. Who are these people chanting for people to get out? Don't let the housemates know what is being said on the outside. It then makes it all the more surprising when the walk out the door to a cacophony of boos. Hence the second eviction of Nikki last year. Reality TV at it's best.

On another note, I'm not really a Charley fan, but apparently she does have fans out there. How come they are not in the crowd supporting her.

It's made up of placard wannabes. Who come up with the most banal slogans ever seen on TV. Fools

BB host Davina McCall has been fixing it for hate target Charley Uchea to stay in the show.

She silenced a hostile crowd calling for her to be kicked out.

And instead she urged them to chant to keep Charley in.

Fans fears of a fix mounted during the latest eviction warm-up at the Elstree studios, Herts, which is never screened.

BB fan James Adams, 28, said last night: “Davina came on stage and said to the crowds ‘Let’s change the chant to Keep Charley in’.

“Then she said ‘keep her in because she’s entertaining’.

“We had all been chanting ‘Get Charley Out’ every time her name was mentioned so we were a bit shocked.

“Some of the crowd changed tactics and did what she asked and others didn’t.
Then it became a battle of the boos and Davina laughed ‘I like that’. When the show went live everyone started chanting ‘Get Charley Out’ once again.

“And the next time Davina came on stage she was a bit more stern and said she didn’t want to hear ‘Get Charley Out’ chants anymore.

“She said ‘Charley’s not up for eviction this week and if you keep chanting her name you will be giving her the attention she wants’.

“It was like being at school. Davina was the headmistrees who had told everyone off.”

The fix row erupted as model Billi Bhatti, 25, was voted out.

Fans at Elstree had already threatened to hijack proceedings. They claim that producers know viewers will evict Charley, 22, leaving a massive hole in the show.

Last night a show spokeswoman said: “At every Big Brother live show Davina has always exchanged humorous banter with the crowd and has always encouraged them to be positive about all the housemates.

“With a live audience it’s up to them what they say.”

Meanwhile the odds on the Big Brother winner are 11-4 Liam, 10-3 Brian, 7-2 Amanda, 10-1 Gerr and, Sam, 12-1 Chanelle, 16-1 Ziggy, 20-1 Tracey, 25-1 Carole, 33-1 Charley, 40-1 Nicky, 50-1 Laura.

Yeah I agree with what you said, Ziggy is deffo fake.

Whoops, I mean Davina is just being Davina.

Seeing the pic at the top of the article of that Lucy bird just made me forget what the topic was about. Me wants!

I love Davina even more now that she's sticking up for Charley!

Seriously the whole "get Charley out" thing is wayyyy overdone, it was funny the first.. I don't know 2 live shows.

The whole"get Grace out" thing was brilliant because the housemates could directly hear it, with this all these morons are doing is saying get Charley out to people who already want her out.
