to make sure that Charley is not evicted. For three weeks running now, Charley has escaped eviction. First week, votes didnt count in a supposed punishment, last week BB made her be nice for the three days before nominations due to the task and this week, when she surely would have been up, they throw in the "surprise!" housemate card. Although I think its a good card to play in the general scheme of things, I do think that its starting to be a bit of a conspiracy to keep Charley in.

Anyone else??

Of course its a tactic. BB want to keep big chracters in for as long as possible. Big chracters may annoy but they also generate story lines.......That is why it makes sense to keep them in instead of knee jerk reactions to vote them out and ruin BB long before the series ends.......
