The French President has confirmed he will not be there.

(http://www.cbsnews.com/live/ this is free and now does a Pop Out - so put up another page UK gets no ads just a clock counting down) One Reporter said "Why can we not take out these Bastards" He was getting angry with reporters asking about Isis as he will not Allow USA Troops on the ground but will carry on Drone attacks, He has agreed with Russia and Iran to keep attacking Isis only.
