Default Anton things must have changed

It was leaked that Anton was topping the polls the first and second week. I am glad this hasn't continued. He has a great voice but not a hope he will sell millions of records. I hope he out soon

Was probably leaked with the intention of his fans getting complacent tbf. Either way he'll see off mason's comeback for at least one week anyway.

He's one of the best they'd ever had, it's ridiculous if he doesn't make the final or even win really tbh

I can't see him being No.1 in the charts but he can definately have succesful albums which is more what his style releases. Syco can definately make money off him if he's signed

Topped the votes in week 1 and then just so happened to be given the most ridiculous song choice ever for week 2. He was thrown under a bus so that one of the preferred choices could win (probably Louisa, maybe 4th Impact).

Last week, Reggie n Bollie delivered the performance everybody was talking about, their odds to win came flying in, then the next week they were given Who Let the Dogs out... Wouldn't be surprised if they topped the votes in Week 2 and were given the Anton treatment.

Either way, it is probably better for Anton to not win the show. X Factor needs someone that can sell singles as well as albums, and he's not the kind of person that tops the singles chart week in week out in this country. A nice top 5 finish so he gets some attention from other record companies will do nicely.

Edwin Starr, Smokey Robinson, Al Greene, Aretha Franklin, even the legendary Otis Redding - none of these had the so called 'X-Factor' but that did not stop them becoming mega with huge and enduring careers.

Anton has 'Soul' and I would buy his concert tickets and his records.

Cowell has sabotaged all his acts with deliberate crap songs for Bupsi, Anton and Max's dull Bruce Springsteen Secret Garden.

Anton stayed after Bang Bang but it damaged his chances following week. It now paves the way for Golden Girl v Che final without anyone thinking why isn't Anton in the final.

Anton is not what Cowell and Syco are looking for. The Overs have won XFactor 2 years on trot and last year's runner up Fleur is set for big things. Fleur is the kind of Over act Cowell likes along with Olly Murs, Overs who are not too old. People will forget Fleur is an over just like they have forgotten Olly was. Anton is old school ala Luther Vandross but in the UK male solo current music scene WGWGs (white guys with guitars) rule with Ed Sheeran and James Bay, Anton is not 'really relevant'
