I need to avoid tills apparently, my main job is putting the clothes back in size order and I hate when you do it and walk away and 10 minutes later they look like a war zone. Also when something falls on the floor and they walk on it or push their trolly over it

nope, every retailer who talk about their customers(which most retailers do) are not in the wrong.. All that matters is that they are professional at work and give the customers amazing customer service whether it's a complaint or enquires etc.

Haven't had a proper one yet *touch wood* had a woman kick off about carrier bags once (before the charge came in) aside from that it's usually positive, I had a woman the other day who wanted to shake my hand and write a letter to the manager because I provided such good service
