If your video is absolutely amazing and breath-taking, they might not mind it's longer. But on the other hand, they might look at the length and just bin it without looking.
Would you consider re-editing/re-shooting it so it's sixty seconds or fewer, and sending another form?

I'm pretty sure the eighteen thing means "18 as of the launch night". Why not apply anyway? The absolute worse thing that will happen is they will say "we would have taken you on."
