..this may be within the law but it destroys faith in the law if that's so..his victims were as young as 9yrs old, I work with 9yr old children and I have worked with children who have been victims of sexual abuse and this is something that many will never get beyond in their entire lives..the emotional/mental effects, not just for them but for their families as well.. this is a failing of the system for any victims of a crime which has such far reaching effects on their lives and wrong on so many levels...for crimes as serious as this, no matter how long ago, a sentence should be a fixed sentence and that sentence should be the one that is served...
Absolutely right, all that you say above.

Yeah that's always my attitude towards it aswell. The only way of finding out is to send them back amongst society and wait to see, is any innocent childs life and safety worth risking that? I don't think it is

The likes of Stuart Hall are being protected by the scum still hiding in amongst the influential and decision makers within our society. I had hoped that after Jimmy Saville, it was going to be rooted out with some big names falling on swords this year. It hasn't happened and the momentum for change seems to have disappeared. We as voters need to make our voice heard loud and clear in this.

Everybody's too busy in this country talking about ISIS, Donald Trump, and Vladmir Putin to ever really get across stuff that's really affecting this country internally.

We need more discussions on how Law & Order is too soft, including the Prisons being more like Hotels rather than actual Prisons.

We need more discussions on how to increase our Police and Military forces again so that we're not a sitting duck for Terrorist groups like ISIS to just come and attack us.

We need more discussions on how to properly run the Jobseekers, Labour was too soft, and the Tories have been too harsh, we need someone that's more educated than myself to come up with a polished way of saying how we need to get people working again, but also not treating people that physically can't work like ****.

And we do need more investigating on paedophiles, some paedophiles due to their amount of wealth are getting off virtually scott free due to being able to pay off the Court.

We do need to also stop naming and shaming these people as "rapists" or "paedophiles" before they've even been found guilty of these things because mud sticks and there will always be doubt on if they've really done it or not, even if they are innocent.
