Default I've got this annoying spot on my back
I've had it for about 2 (sure I had it it in Summer 2014) years I think, I think it's a cyst (not 100% sure).

I've tried getting rid of it with hot water as that's meant to help but it always grows back

It's nothing bad as I had a blood test earlier in the year.

Anyone know any good creams or stuff to use?

My mum said I should get it burnt out but it leaves a scar.

Anyone had a cyst that gone after many years?

^ You should at least let a doctor take a look at it and figure out what it is. It may not bother you now, but at some point it might. If it starts itching, go see a doctor right away.
