but i understand that it's hurting the Arabs and the Canadians, and those are my two favorite people to stick it to!

Well, if historical practices are anything to go by, for every £1,000 saving the Petrol Companies achieve, the consumer should be around 2p per gallon better off. Ditto the energy companies. So - NO.
