She sounds like a whiney bitch to be honest, she basically wanted her tea for free and because she didn't get her own way she gave a bad review.

I hate customers who demand people lose their jobs, too - sounds like her server did nothing wrong. Next time she should buy the supplies herself and have her friends around hers
