I think the point is yes clearly shes playing to the cameras, but its become apparent her behaviour is actually affecting peoples emotional states (Daniellas, stephs) and she doesnt give a fig.
If it were purely an act shed be picking on someone like John who also is acting a bit and could take it. But shes manipulating someone (I hate daniella fyi but still) for entertainment.
That to me makes her a pretty nasty person, whether its 'for the cameras' or otherwise
