From what I can work out the new house will basically be accessed via a staircase from the same stage as the current one, so they'll be two staircases. There will still be the outdoor eviction set but it's not quite clear how it will be configured - that "presenters walkway" suggests it might wrap around the audience rather than be amongst them, but ultimately the HMs have still got to get to the same position as now to enter the house(s).

The new house is definately two storey and I think quite a simple box layout with presumably a bedroom upstairs (along with the bathroom/toilet) and a living area downstairs. What we don't know is how many it is intended to accomodate.
