The stands worked in BB11 because it was the end of an era/the 'last' time the public could go to BB. On Channel 5 it's different because they have to be filled otherwise it would look really bare. In doing so several patches of standing area is left empty which looks atrocious. The way the crowd was organised in BB9/10 was fine because the crowd were pushed towards Davina/the stage and could hide the fact on camera that there was less people there then there was in BB6/7.

Also I hope by building it means studio not an Channel 4 finale stage with an eye in front of it

The stands are fine in the picture imo, they're around the entire stage instead of being crammed into the back

Honestly I won't even pretend to understand plans and I'll wait for launch but honestly it seems like it'll feel the same as the current exterior with the rotating eye/stands?

I think it's likely there's gonna be some kind of twist involving two houses: there appears to be two staircases and the diary room is ideally positioned to be situated between two separate houses.

i was thinking the second house could be like an immune house/safe house where people are voted to be immune from noms and live there for the week but then they wouldn't need an exit door from it
