They and their sons don't fight in wars - they start them and they profit from them, and only in exceptional circumetances are any of them sacrificed on the alter of law, when they do something so breathtakingly crass - it can't be brushed away - and if its really really bad - well, people die everyday, and in circumstances such as those exceptional ones, usually just before they go to prison.
