I really don't think Buttocks Mary the Sour Scot has enough gumption and/or personality to make a success of 'mingling' - especially with a fairly tight knit group of people who he has cold shouldered for weeks.
That's assuming that they even want him to mingle. He prefers to be with his No1 fan ....... the mirror
