Was it really that much of a success last year for them to replicate it this year? I know ratings improved slightly although it was still a far cry from the ratings for say, BB14.

IF this does happen to be true then the show really is on its last legs. They're scrapping the barrel trying anything to keep it fresh. When all they really need to do is concentrate on a classic series and get the casting right, that's all. I think they need to take a harder look at where they're going wrong with the casting, instead of dragging in silly twists and z-lister's to make the show seem interesting. All these twists to is further drag the show down, rather than improve it.
