Default Will BB Ever Do This?

Make it a rule that once you enter, you can only leave if the public have voted you off the show.

That way in the next BB, they wont lose major players.

Would that not be some sort of kidnap if they were not allowed to leave?

No I don't think they can do it. It's better to let them leave quietly anyway.

they cant really do that because they would almsot be imprisoning them on a tv show. i think it counts as taking away some rights so they legally cant do it i dont think

If they did not allow them the right to leave of their own free will they would be guilty of imprisonment. That will never happen.

When I first heard of BB I thought it was like that!!

I was like how are they locked up in a house if they can walk out when ever they want.

Yeah, they couldn't leagally do it, it would be forcing somone against their will, even if they signed a contract, people can always change their minds and then it would be like prison x

You can't force housemates to stay if they don't want to. However, I do think that if a housemate goes into the diary room and says that they want to leave, they should be shown the door there and then. Many people who threaten to leave are simply being drama queens.

Yeah, I think it's a great idea. I'm sure if they know they're signing away their right to walk when they sign their contract then it's legal.
