There was a big difference between how Natalie stirred things up and how Andy did. Natalie's intentions were to turn the whole house against Hughie and Jayne, whilst Andy genuinely wanted to solve an ongoing issue. There was no malice in his actions. Lmao there's no way he did any of that other than to cause rifts in the house - he realised he'd been clocked in the snug so he went running to Jason spilling everything, when he vowed now to about 10 mins prior.
