If Alex is using a fake showmance to get air time to the final then I would have expected him to choose Evelyn for the dinner date.
If Evelyn isn't using a fake showmance to get air time to the final then why does she looked so shocked that Alex picked Jason and not her?

Alex seems more mature than Jackson...in looks and in behaviour....I like that his dinner date is Jason.
Not as dumb as we thought either, with a strong chance his best mate Jackson could go it's a smart move to remind Jason that he still supports him. It's his way of letting Jason know that he doesn't share Jacksons views on that subject.

so glad alex chose jason, it will have done jason the world of good. wise choice for alex too, to be seen not picking evelyn, who most would have thought would have been his natural choice. alex has gone up in my estimation

Alex has not played a good game with the public imo.

I agree he hasn't played an interesting game at all but he's being smarter than Evelyn, especially now the heat has been cranked up a bit this week.
I don't think either of them deserve to be in the final

Evelyn is an attractive Aussie girl that isn't white and she's made it to the final week, that's good gameplaying imo considering she started off at the very bottom.

Alex on the other hand had the early lead with the public because his the attractive, young straight white male, but his gameplan has put his victory on the line as it will run close for him.
