This thread sort of bothers me in that, I think threads like these are why so many women (and men for that matter) are body conscious. I seriously doubt anyone chooses to participate in Big Brother to be critisised for their body. (I know it happens anyway, but it's a right shame) Especially when it's someone as harmless and good-natured as Kara-Lou

They know they're being observed 24 hours a day, they must be extremely naive and stupid to think that all of those viewers are people who won't criticise them physically.
I wouldn't put myself in that situation if I couldn't handle personal comments.

Right, but I'm not just talking about the programme itself. It's society. Probing people based on physical appearance in any instance isn't exactly the right thing to do.

I didn't mean it was rightly done, deserved or justified. I just feel that the HM's know what they're getting themselves into by going on the program and people are always going to hone into physical appearance unfortunately.
