"Well I'm cooking for about 8 people, do I have to clean up as well?"
Well yes dear if you choose to make food for others that's up to you but if you make a mess you clean it up, dirty mare! What does she think the Evelyn fairy friends will come along after her and clean up her mess? Or does she expect others to clean up after her like a spoiled princess? That entitled crap makes me cross! Clean up your own mess!

The person that cooks should never wash up as well.
If someone is good enough to cook for you then clear away the table and wash the pots, should be a doddle between them all. Last edited by smudgie; 23-07-2016 at 11:33 PM. |

You would think there would be a system they figured out-if one person does the cooking for everyone then others should clean and take turns.

I think if you chose to use the kitchen you should clean up after yourself. They can easily make their own food she is choosing to cook for them. It should also really be second nature to clean up as you go.

I'd be peeved if I cooked for 8 people and not one offered to at least assist in the cleanup.
How rude. Sure you can pull the "well I didn't ASK you to cook for me"card, but you still ate the food. Just downright disrespectful. |

Someone offering to help, or even asking others to help is not the same as cooking, making a mess and leaving in the hope someone will come along after and clean up for you. Just Leaving the mess, specially when preparing meat is really unhygienic.
