Looking back 2013 wasn't actually that good, I think I'd put 2016 a head of it tbh

CBB11 was crap and I actually don't like CBB12 that much. I'd take CBB17 over them any day.

They're both the same tbh. Killed in their second half by a dominating storyline (15's being a feud between two ghastly people and 17's being a showmance between two trashy people). I think CBB15's first week/half alone put its above CBB17. Plus its final was better as was the winner.

CBB17 had potential but all the good people either walked or were evicted early and Tiffany (the best HM) was even overshadowed by Stephanie and Jeremy which pissed me off.

That was my thought process too @ 2013. Seemingly the two CBB's are crap and BB17 is the third best civilian so I decided to put it third behind 2012 and 2016.

It's changed for the worse

It's so much more generic, especially the casting which seems to be geared towards TOWIE/GS types (both BB & CBB). The last few C4 years weren't great I'd take them over the majority of C5 series

2012 is by far the best year for C5 BB, 2015 is the worst imo

wayyyyyyyyyy to much political correctness, the whole voting system is rigged, they don't really bring in ordinary people, and all you get are fame seekers, or cocky guys with good bodies, and girls who are models or the slags that wave their t'ts about in dirty magazines.

I prefer it these days. On C4, the producers seemed to think the public vote was something they could manipulate, hence the annoyance about 'randy mare' Josie not being crowned best housemate ever.

2012 > 2015 > 2016 > 2014 > 2013 > 2011

All have had one or two bad series though in their year bar 2012. 2015 had BB16, 2016 has CBB18, 2014 has BB15, 2013 had CBB11 and CBB12 and 2011 has CBB8 and BB12.

2012 & 2016 are the best years, both have a average/bad summer CBBs though.

They've had 3/6 of the civilian BBs be good so half, would still prefer it on C4 though. I don't think they should of re-launched it only a year after it should of been 2013.

It's really hard to say because every series has been different.
Like BB17 being my personal favourite on C5, but CBB18 being my least favourite.

I'd say as a whole, CBB has defo improved. C5 CBB is better than C4 CBB in so many ways, and over the past 5 years I think it's gotten better each year (looking at January's CBB mostly)

I'd say the direction they're going in with BBUK is getting better too. 2011/12 was tacky and trying to be young and hot (almost like love island) when that's not what BB is. Secrets and lies was a huge step in the right direction, then they ****ed up.
But this year was another big step in the right direction, and it had the most diverse cast ever. The theme/twists worked out brilliantly in comparison to 2011/12 too, the one thing letting it down over early years is just the tasks and reality TV wannabes

It's definitely easy to predict how a series will pan out
