It's a pretty awful year of top 3 contestants tbh
The fact only 2 out of 9 were good housemates is awful

Hmm.

I liked Jason and Scotty was 'meh'.
2014 saw both Helen AND Jim Davidson win so I'm inclined to say that was the worst calendar year, even if I loved Gary Busey.

I thought Jason was a good winner, Scotty's harmless in comparison to Bear and Bear is basically a win for Viacom.

Anyway, I can't imagine anything EVER being worse than Jim Davidson/Helen/Gary Busey. Jason killing Lateysha doesn't make him an awful winner, and considering that I'm still looking for footage of Scotty T in the Big Brother house there could have been plenty of worse winners (ie STEPHANIE DAVIS)
