The housemates have been tackling an assault course in the garden this afternoon as a part of the 'body' section of this week's Guru task.

The course included diving into the swimming pool, navigating some monkey bars, walking across a beam, running through some tyres and crawling under a net.

Amanda and Sam were the first housemates to attempt the challenge, screaming and squealing as they made their way around the course. Neither of the pair made it across the monkey bars, but they completed the rest of the venture with relative ease.

Brian and Liam showed their strength and agility, sprinting around the course without any hiccups.

Reflecting on Liam's attempt, Ziggy commented: "That's a storming effort!" The 23-year-old tree surgeon proceeded to give out some high-fives to his housemates after he finished the course.

The only other housemate to successfully use the monkey bars was Kara-Louise. The 22-year-old student was given some words of encouragement by Ziggy before her assault run, remarking: "Kara - words of wisdom - you are bigger than this task."

Carole, Jonty and Tracey had the greatest difficulty completing the course, with all three failing to hold onto the monkey bars. Carole also ended up getting stuck underneath the netting, despite much encouragement from the group.

Ziggy in particular urged the 53-year-old peace protester through the various obstacles, shouting: "Come on Carole, you're stopping a war."

When she eventually did finish the challenge, Ziggy declared triumphantly: "That's how you do it!"
