Nicole: im now joined by jake and his team, jake you have 4 acts still left, how does that feel?

Jake: amazing! 50% of the quarter finalists are from my team its incredible! but they all deserve to be here. im very worried about this triple elimination though

Nicole: yeah thats terrifying, noone wants to be bottom of the leaderboard this week thats for certain!

Jake: yeah everyone needs to up their game

Nicole: which 3 should leave in your opinion?

Jake: i actually dont know i love every act now there isnt a weak act left so its going to be tough

Nicole: well the best of luck i will now talk to your team, rylan well done for surviving the sing off how did that feel and what do you have planned this week to up your game

Rylan: for starters i expected to be in the sing off, i liked the song i had in the live show but i dont think it suited me, i didnt get to show my personality and i wasnt at my strongest vocally, so i desrved to be in the sing off, and in the sing off i picked an emotional song and thankfully i got saved, this week it will be very fun and very cheesy and not everyone will like it, but it will be very me, and if i leave then i leave on a high, i made quarter finals and that is amazing, i also get to go on the x factor tour with the rest of the top 8 so thats going to be a great experience

nicole: aww well done, ruth what do you have planned for this week

ruth: lots of passion and emotion, i want to be in the final so i will throw everything at it and give my best yet

nicole: im sure you will. Lillie what are you doing this week?

lillie: im singing songs that sound quite modern and the kind of music i would release in the real music world, hopefully everyone will like it

nicole: finally wagner what have you got planned?

wagner: just lots of craziness and fun i will bring the party to the x factor

nicole: i cant wait! and jake you have some exciting news

jake: yes my acts will be getting mentoring and avice from great friends of mine, Katy Perry and Britney Spears, and this week katy will be guest judge with me just like simon was, she will get to give feedback, points and votes and she cant wait

Nicole: i am joined by Nicky and his 2 remaining acts Maan and Diana, hi Nicky are you nervous

Nicky: well i was against this twist of a triple elimination, i rather would want just a double elimination, this is really nerve-wrecking, i hope they won't play a dirty nasty game against us

Nicole: that would be cruel i guess, so tell us Maan, what are your songs this week

Maan: first i'll be doing This Is Me by Demi Lovato, i hope i can show my passion of how much i want to stay in the competition, and then i'll go for some fun by Rude Boy by the Queen Rihanna, Jake definitely wanted to see a more fun side of me, so i hope i can make him happy with that song choice

Nicole: next Diana, what are you going to show us this week

Diana: i am going to perform the song Creep by Radiohead, I Love that song choice Jake has given me, and i hope i can make it my own, and my next song is Love Hurts by Nazareth, which is a song i really like, i get very emotional by that song

Nicole: going back to you Nicky, who could be in danger of leaving

Nicky: i really don't know, everyone remaining is really great, and everyone has their own style

Nicole: Im now joined by the fabulous superstars Katy Perry and Britney Spears aswell as Jake, now girls your helping mentor Jakes acts this week, what do you think of them?

Britney: oh i love them they are so amazing, Rlan and Wagner are bonkers and completely lovely, Lillie and Ruth have the best voices i have heard for a while and just have that soulfulness about them, you would think they have been doing this for years it like having whitney and celine dion on the show, those 2 for me should be the final 2

Katy: Yeah they are great, I love wagners craziness he really gets the party going i think he is everyones guilty pleasure, Rylan is entertaining and when the song is right he also has a good voice and he is such a lovely guy, Lillie is so emotional with songs she connects with them amazingly well, Ruth is one of the most passionate performances and is the favourite to win, so its a great team to work with

Nicole: Is there any other act you like?

Britney: i love everyone and everyone is so different, Diana has a unique voice almost reminding me of acts like the cranberries or Blondie or Cyndi Lauper, she has a lovely raspy voice, Maan is a little cutie and she has a lot of passion she almost reminds me of Ellie Goulding or Demi Lovato, Class Worldwide are a great boyband and i think we need a good boyband there arent many round aat the moment and they are like a young boys 11 men, Paris Inc bring fire to the show they are super sassy i love that, there perfomance of circus was amazing, they are like a modern day en vogue so yes everyone is superstars

Katy: yeah I agree with Britney I think everyone here deserves to be here there isnt a weak act left

Nicole: are your acts ready Jake?

Jake: I really hope so, and I think they are ready yes, Everyone has great songs this week, Wagner and Rylan are being super cheesy but at this stage of the competition i think its allowed the fans will love them no matter what, Lillie is being ultra modern ans sleek this week and Ruth will she will be more emotional than ever, im just happy i got all of them to the quarter final and they will all be on the x factor tour

Jax: Maan has got 2 great songs, and probably Paris Inc will stand out as well, not sure about Mirrors for them, kinda weird choice by Nicky

Jax: no, not at all but he does really believe in my potential as a singer, and i am grateful for being on his team

Pixie: I Love every single act remaining in the competition, i am worried this week with 3 acts going home, nobody wants to be last on the leaderboard, i am going to say Ruth has for me the weakest songs to make a good impression

Emma: well she's amazing, stay true to yourself and don't act like a diva too much

Inspired by is a theme where acts sing a song by an artist who inspires them and who they want to be like

Redeem yourself is picking the theme your act struggled the most on and getting to lick a different song for that theme

And in the final I think

Song 1: a new song with a legends theme
2: acts favourite performance of the series
3: duet with an artist

Two finalists chosen

4: mentors favourite performance
5: winners song
