Because the woman was her best friend so that is also betrayal, it wasn't a random woman it was her own friend.

If that was me, I'd be more hurt by my partner for cheating rather than the person they slept with, regardless if they were a friend or not.

If it was me I would be more hurt by both because both have equally betrayed me and broke my trust, I wouldn't let one get away with it, it takes two to tango.

I'd be hurt by both of them, of course I would, anybody would but the person in the relationship has a greater share of the blame imo as they are the one in a relationship and are being unfaithful.

Guess it all depends on the situation. If it was your best mate, dunno lol.. wasn't the same situation in any sense but it was a situation involving me cousin and this girl and I held a grudge with him for far longer/felt more resentment towards him.. I honestly think it falls down to who you're closest to
