VLADIMIR Putin has sparked fears of WW3 after ordering the evacuation of 40 million Russians today.
The huge four-day “civil defence” drill has set alarm bells ringing in Washington and London, with tensions already high over disagreements in Syria. Following a breakdown in communication between the USA and Russia, the Kremlin has now organised the huge emergency practice drill - either as a show of force or something more sinister. http://www.express.co.uk/news/world/...imir-putin-ww3 |

No, nothing is gained by WWIII actually happening, the fear of it, however, is different.

One very scary prospect is that Hilary Clinton wants to enfore a 'no fly zone' over Syria. That would mean war with Assad and Russia.
http://m.huffpost.com/us/entry/us_57...b082aad9bc832b 'With hardly a mention of the conflict on the presidential campaign trail, the United States may soon face a critical decision in the Syrian war: whether to establish a no-fly zone to defend civilians against Russian and Syrian airstrikes. The idea, long resisted by the Obama administration, has been endorsed by Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton and by prominent Republicans, Democrats and defense experts. It would declare a portion of northern Syria and perhaps southern Syria off-limits to Syrian and Russian aircraft, and would enforce it with air-to-air fighters and long-range cruise missiles.' Crazy bitch will have us in a major conflict. |

there is always rhetoric in these situations. What the USA needs to remember is that the Syrian regime is the legitimate government at the moment, and they signed up to acceptance of that at the UN. Russia were invited by that same Syrian regime to support it in its fight against the rebels (some of which include ISIS and similar groups) So, they are actually the legitimate forces in Syria, not the USA.
The USA played similar games in Afghanistan, arming up the rebels there, and look how that turned out, you would think they would learn from even recent history. I'm not saying what Syria and Russia are doing is right, its not, far from it, but just once, America should stop its constant requirement to impose its standards on other countries. It has no right to do so. Last edited by bitontheslide; 06-10-2016 at 09:38 PM. |
