Going on the original films alone,
Friday the 13th (it being one of the first horror films I ever watched- and quite vividly remember laying in bed thinking a knife would come through my throat)>>Nightmare on Elm Street- Again being one of the first horrors I watched> then Halloween. All classics imo though. They all have something special about them.
