welcome to my manner

my house has no pains

2 weeks from now spinning will be the spanner

much in need is the change to swains.

the shops are derelict

it is no gem or pearl

absolutely outrageous for the pain inflict

the path leads to the earl.

12 long years its brewing

problems did snowball

now over is the stewing

2 weeks and i introduce what's noble.

they are going in with approval

it all looks as transparent as water

no add on or removal

the approved plans won't alter.

18 months is a short musical

housing and new shops will gain

back to a thriving community that's reusable

more customers to read what peaks top of the lane.
