![]() A Tory councillor who called for anyone supporting EU membership to be charged with treason is thought to have been suspended. Christian Holliday, a councillor in Guildford, Surrey, placed a petition on Parliament’s website demanding that the 1848 Treason Felony Act be updated to include “the following offences”.
