Default Ratings explanation?
(Read off BBSpy) BB17 got 1.58m officially and BB15 got 1.57 but BB15 didn't include all +1 ratings so is it possible that BB17 didn't beat it after all? Picture will show you what I mean

Says BB15 average doesn't account for all +1 so does BB17 still beat it? I'm confused

Because BB15 was trash, we all just pretend that BB17 beat it.

It beat 12 and 16 anyway.

I found out it beat it anyway, with the missing officials it was 1.53m for BB15 and 1.7 average. BB17 was 1.8
