Many years ago i was asked to do a cover version of a popular song. I hate that cos to me you can't beat the original version of a song. BUT ... as it was for a competition everyone did it so i joined in and i picked a song i liked and did my own version of it. This is what i did to this classic song ... You Are My Sunshine. It didn't win anything at the time but lots of people enjoyed it and i got lots of nice comments for it so i was happy with the feedback for it..

I like this rendition Johnny, even though I'm not one for straying too far from the original format of a song in 'covers'.
