I've played for about 8 hours so far and I've only beaten two Trials and one of the Kahunas. It seems like this one might be quite a long game.

I'm enjoying it a lot so far, it's different.

Oh, Luke. Have you tried out Mystery Gift yet? You can get a Munchlax with a Snorlax based Z-Move item from it.

It is really long, which is great. Wait until the Ghost trail, hardest battle I've had in a looooong time. Thank god for Snorlax pulling me through.

I've caught a level 9 Salamence

Apparently you can get a lot of exclusive and evolved pokemon from the SOS battles. So far I've got Espeon, Sableye and the aforementioned Salamence.

I found a list of all the exclusive pokemon.

This game is insane, you can catch a wild Salamence and Snorlax after beating the first Trial

this game is good but the into goes on for so ****ing long.. only now have they actually just let me get on and explore without interruption

I'd just filled up my team with trash at that point tbh. Snorlax, Brionne and Lycanroc are the only ones I'm still using from the first Island (Does Salamence count? I wonder).

I've got a Bounsweet that I've evolved into a Steenee too. My Brionne already having a hag to run wild with when he evolves

Got my hands on an Alolan Sandshrew and Vulpix too that I might use.

You'll be able to catch one on the second Island.

I keep forgetting this is out I must remember to buy it at the weekend. Im quite glad at the direction in pace though as much as I like the gyms sometimes its good for something different

Half of my team is basically a revolving door atm, with the EXP share I don't see the point in sticking with just six Pokemon.

I'll narrow it down to six eventually.... probably

So there's a loading issue at the Battle Tree and Pokemon Centers,

Don't save your game at these locations.

At the end of the 2nd island, rotating pokemon in and out until I have a steady combination.
