PORTU-GEEZER Nadia is the hottest favourite EVER to win Big Brother — but golden girl Shell faces a shock eviction tonight.

Transsexual Nadia scooped more than half the votes in a Sun poll.

Bookies Ladbrokes have also reported an unprecedented barrage of bets on her winning.

They have slashed her odds to 1/50 to stop punters piling on their cash — meaning they must bet £50 to win £1.

But Ladbrokes have made clean-cut Shell the 33-1 outsider — and favourite for tonight’s surprise chop. Dan and Jason are both 10-1 to win, with Stuart at 14-1.

Ladbrokes spokesman Warren Lush said: “We have little doubt Nadia will win, she’s the hottest favourite we’ve seen in any series. Cameron Stout was 1/10 to win on the eve of last year’s final night, while Brian Dowling was 1/16 in series two.

“We can’t see any other housemate making a challenge, it’s Nadia all the way. We’ve been forced to slash her odds.

“It’s a remarkable change — at the start she was a 50/1 outsider. It would be a massive shock if Nadia were not to win.”

Nadia took 52 per cent of the vote by Sun readers. Surly Scot Jason was runner-up with 19 per cent.

Insiders say her antics have been a hit with housemates and viewers.

Keeping her sex op secret has also seen interest soar.

Nadia, 27, said last night: “Winning Big Brother would mean so much to me because it means I’ve been accepted. This is something I’ve wanted all my life.”

The Sun can reveal Nadia’s mum Conceicao Almada has jetted in for an emotional reunion with “the daughter she never had”.

Kitchen worker Conceicao, 49, has not spoken face-to-face to Nadia, who was born Jorge, in more than a year — before her op.

It sparked a major stir among Conceicao’s five other sons on the Portuguese island of Madeira.

Conceicao wants to patch things up and said last night: “Nadia will not expect to see me here in Britain.

“She told Big Brother it would mean a lot to her if her family were there when she left the house. Whatever has happened I wanted to be there to support her.”

But critics say the show has been edited to show Nadia in a good light — and that a transsexual winner will guarantee a storm of publicity for producers Endemol.

Well, tonights the night we find out who goes!! I personally think they are right and that Shell will be going! Shell has done very little really ok, she's taken her clothes off a few times but she's done little else to be remembered by and Stu will have a group of young ladies, probabably, voting for him to stay tonight so he'll make it till friday where I feel he'll go fourth!!I'll be shocked if it's Jason tonight! he deserves to stay more than Shell or Stu!

It doesn't matter weather he likes it or not, although I think he is enjoying himself now, it's down to the public as to weather he leaves or stays and to be honest Jason has alot of fans and this will result in him staying tonight.

I just hope that Nadia voters arent getting complacent and not voting assuming she will win. Dont forget this has happened in other reality shows and favourites have gone.

So dont rely on others if you want Nadia to win get those fingers dialling or pressing buttons or whatever. JUST DO IT.

Jason might go tonight but I think it is much more likely to be Shell. I've resigned myself to the fact that Nadia will win but I still don't understand why the appalling woman is popular.

I agree. She has not made me laugh. OK so she went through a lot before she went into the house but the object of the game is who has been the most entertaining in the house. I've noticed that she is quite capable of taking the many compliments showered at her by the other housemates but from what I've seen is unable to return them at all. Peaking your hair on your head when it is shampooed is something I think girls under the age of ten like doing. Sorry but I just don't get it ...

Nadia to WIN BB!

A bit miffed that Shell may be going tonight, was hoping it would be either Dan or Stu! Don't mean it horribly Stu fans but his child like behavior is becoming a bit unbareable the way he gets excited over ice cream (to me it seemed a bit fake his excitement).

i want stu to go more than shell, what really annoys me about him is that he keeps saying that the bb experience is bizarre and it almost sounds like thats a bad thing. then he says that words cant desribe how he feel and he thinks he's being hard when really he's being a big fat softie. is he doesnt go tonight then i pray hes the first to go in friday!!!

Tha fact that jason is still there does make the BB experience look bizarre. For once stu is right about something. He must have found his inner self and if he does get evicted tonight he will probably leave his inner self behind......

The fact thay any of that bunch are still there is almost the top in the bizarre ratings. The most bizarre of all is a none entity fag sucking chimny pot addict like Nadia winning BB
