I Cant Breathe
|
I’ve had a relationship with @channel5_tv and @endemolshine for over a decade and given my everything to them. I regarded them as my media family. The way i have been treated as a human being, as a single mother and as a person who has worked for them for over 10 years is disgusting. I intend to publish publicly all communications between myself and the Execs at Endemol in order to expose the full extent of the internal corruption and how dis hounourably they’ve behaved toward me so that the specific parties involved can be held accountable. I also intend with the full force of my legal team to drag these people through every court in the land if they refuse to honour the agreement they made with me and pay me. There’s no way in a million years i’m going to allow these corrupt left wing corporate bullies to breach the contract they made with me, to remove my right to free thought and free speech and at the same time to use my name for the best part of a year to promote their show in the press. I’ve been dragged in to the CBB media circus and pitted publicly against people that i barely know (James Jordan, Jasmine Waltz) in order to suit their agenda and promote their programme right up until the final hour. I refused to be used in this way. I’m determined to take every and any action necessary to defend my good name and ensure that i receive both an apology and my fee in full. The way that they’ve treated me has caused me massive distress and upset. Its been entirely undeserved and I categorically refuse to apologise for any of the opinions that i have. I’d like to end this statement by thanking my amazing team of lawyers and advisors who have worked so hard for me over the Christmas period i’m incredibly grateful.

One, did she even sign a contract about the job or is she just being a dozy ****
Two, if she did sign, did the contract say anything about inappropriate or offensive behaviour? Probs. Shes just a bitter twat. I dont see her having a proper leg to stand on in this legal battle shes pretending to have.

If she (and they) didn't sign the contract she will get nothing. But if she does have a valid contract then she will likely get something from this. If the inappropriate Tweets were public before the contract was signed she will probably get her full fee (like Tila Tequila) but if they were made afterwards she will likely only get some of it (like Christopher Biggins after his comments in the house)
It is only logical really, if they never had to pay out after an incident like this then the show could really abuse it. What would stop them from privately digging up dirt from everyone's social media history before the contract is signed, putting them in the house for a week and then pulling them out and telling them that they wont be paid.
