Default London Underground Zone 1 : Strike 24hour 6PM Sun. 8/1/17

Sadly the Labour Mayor
is not involved in trying to stop this strike
which goes on into Monday the 9th.

Now confirmed
today talks failed , again

http://news.sky.com/story/tube-strik...-fail-10720698

Expected Tube disruption
if the strike goes ahead:

The majority of Zone 1 central London Tube stations will be closed

:: No services on the Victoria or Waterloo & City lines.

:: No services from busy stations such as Waterloo, King's Cross, Euston, London Bridge, Paddington or Victoria.

:: Piccadilly line services will run between Hammersmith and Heathrow Terminals 1, 2 and 3, but NOT to Terminals 4 or 5.

I'm sure lots of people have done the same, it will mean an earlier start than usual and a nightmare for parents who have to drop at childminders who can't drop earlier or pick up later than usual, hopefully employers will be sensitive to the issues
